Rolex Completion Procedures - Customer Delivery

1. Timepiece must be set and wound prior to release, no exceptions.  This is applicable to all models.

2. Gloves must be worn while handling the timepiece.  Sometimes it is difficult to set and wind the timepiece while wearing gloves.  In this situation one glove may be removed during that process.

3. The following materials should be present during delivery to the client. Please consider the cleanliness and organization of the presentation.
